Airport seeks views from future passengers
The short survey, which should take around five minutes to complete and can be accessed here, asks a range of questions to map customer habits and understand consumer preferences. The survey is an important part of the airport’s reopening strategy, as discussion advance with airlines and other partners.
Christian Foster, Director for airport operator FlyDoncaster Ltd said: “We’re in discussion with a number of airlines and while we’ve proven the wider need and appetite for this airport reopening, this survey takes things to the next level in terms of understanding customer priorities.”
“We’ve made a number of positive steps with regards to providers and routes, and having this data will help progress those conversations further as we firm-up plans with our airline partners.”
Questions range from exploring customer priorities when choosing an airport; their experience inside the terminal building; and what destinations they would like to see served.
The survey has been initiated by FlyDoncaster’s strategic aviation partners, Munich Airport International. Customers have until the end of June to complete the survey.
